Once you have purchased the subscription and email is sent to you with a startup-excel document where you add your staff and the first trainings you would like to do. From then on forward you can email the training courses you want your staff to take, and we add them to the corresponding accounts right away.

You need to make sure everyone has an Appelbaum account and that they are linked to your center so we can assign the trainings to the staff.

 These are training courses that we host “live” on a certain dates. Not the same as on-demand. 

The training on demand is done at your own pace. They can be done at any time of day.

Your subscription begins and expires on the day of purchase. Ex: if purchased Jan2026 it expires Jan 2027. 

 No, it will not auto renew but you will receive a reminder email that informs you of the end date before it expires.  

No, you can complete as many courses as possible you want in one day.

 Yes, you can call our customer service line available Monday through Friday or email info@atiseminars.org.  

 Students must have a valid email address and a device available that can access Appelbaum Training Institute. You can use any internet capable device (cell, tablet) . The most user-friendly device is a computer..

 No, your certificate will be in your Appelbaum Account if your account is active. You can print the certificate anytime as many times needed.  

No you do not need to finish a course before you log out. The training will be available to continue when you log back into your account.

After viewing the course and passing the brief follow-up true/false exam (usually requiring a 70% passing score), you can print your certificate directly from your printer.

Yes, the end-of-course true/false exam is included with your seminar purchase

Yes, participants who score below 70% must pay a $5 retake fee, though failing is rare

You must ensure your state registry ID number is correctly listed in your Appelbaum account profile under the "State Registry ID" field and complete any required end-of-course exams by the specified state deadline. Email info@atiseminars requesting credit with all your information (Name, date of completion, title of course, Individual Registry Number).

Yes, hours earned through these bundles can be applied toward the 120-hour Child Development Associate (CDA) formal early childhood training requirement

Unlimited on-demand trainings for your staff.

Credits to view live-online webinars (e.g., 10 credits for the Small Center tier).

Official training certificates for every participating staff member upon passing their exams.

This is a yearly plan built specifically for childcare centers. For a flat annual fee (such as $599/year for a Small Center plan covering up to 20 staff members), your entire team gets unlimited access to on-demand training hours as well as a numbered amount of credits for a “live-seminars”.
