In addition to co-founding Phillips Kaiser PLLC and serving on the firm’s Management Committee, Greg has an extensive legal career that includes being the Associate General Counsel of Compaq Computer Corporation, Assistant General Counsel of Enron Corp., Vice President and General Counsel of Petroci-USA, Inc. (the United States based wholly-owned subsidiary of the national oil company of the Republic of Cote d'Ivoire, Africa, which was primarily engaged in the acquisition of proven developed natural gas and oil properties in the Gulf Coast States of the United States), and a Corporate Securities Associate at the law firm of Bracewell & Giulliani. He was also formerly the founder of a multi-city Texas law firm, Phillips & Reiter, PLLC, and Managing Director of Morae Legal Corporation.
Despite all of his many accomplishments, Greg’s proudest accomplishment is marrying his wife, Cynthia, and creating a loving family with their three children.
